No, my coaching is independent of health insurance providers. You invest in yourself—and you decide the pace and the framework.

Is this therapy?
No. I work as a coach, not as a therapist. With me, you’re not a “case,” but a person with a story, imprints, and real possibilities.
My approach is psychologically grounded, trauma-sensitive, and personal. I use EMDR-based impulses and modern methods to support you, but this does not replace classic psychotherapy.
