Scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business transactions between "Lisa Beithe Coaching" and our customers. They apply for the duration of the business relationship. These terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted upon commissioning. Any deviations from these GTCs must be agreed in writing in advance.
Obligation of the client to cooperate
Coaching takes place on the basis of the preparatory discussions held between the parties. It is based on cooperation and mutual trust. I would like to point out that coaching is a free, active and self-responsible process and that certain successes cannot be guaranteed. The coach assists the client as a process facilitator and supporter in decisions and changes - the actual change work is done by the client. The client should therefore be willing and open to dealing with themselves and their situation. The same applies to consulting, services and training and coaching work for the client.

Scope of the order and conditions
The scope of the assignment and the detailed objectives are set out in a separate agreement. At the beginning of a process, "Lisa Beithe Coaching" clarifies the respective expectations of the coaching together with the client, e.g. the client (coachee) and possibly the client's superior. The hourly rates vary between CHF 170 and 190 (depending on the coaching package booked). These are set out separately in the agreement. For workshops, seminars, lectures and other services, I will submit a binding, customized offer (including preparation and follow-up work).
"Lisa Beithe Coaching" normally issues invoices after the service has been provided, payable within 10 days. Individual coaching sessions on site are to be paid in cash or Twint. Coaching packages and / or all-inclusive offers are due within 10 days of the start of the coaching or all-inclusive offer. Packages or subscriptions are valid for 12 months. All prices of my services are inclusive of VAT.

Expenses
Additional expenses for research or similar, which are incurred in connection with my work in consultation with the customer or client, will be invoiced effectively.
For meetings outside Interlaken, travel time will be charged at the hourly rate of CHF 120. For car journeys, the additional costs are CHF 0.70/km (outward/return journey).
All prices quoted can be arranged individually.

Cancellation conditions / Cancellation costs
Coaching sessions:
Cancellation of the coaching session free of charge is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment, for Monday appointments until Friday 12.00 noon, after which the fee is due in full.
Workshops, seminars, lectures, other services:
Up to 5 working days before the start of the assignment, I will charge for the actual preparatory work including expenses (according to the agreed daily rate for implementation). In the event of withdrawal less than 5 working days before the start of the order, at least 50% of the offer amount will be charged. After the start of the order, the total amount will be charged.

Confidentiality
I undertake to maintain unlimited confidentiality towards third parties about all operational, business and private matters of the client that become known in the course of my work, even after termination of the contract.
"Lisa Beithe Coaching" is subject to a duty of confidentiality. However, she reserves the right to waive her duty of confidentiality should a risk of injury to herself or others become apparent. In this case, she will contact a professional body.

Copyright, terms of use
The copyright to all documents, concepts, drafts and other materials created by "Lisa Beithe Coaching" as part of the service remains with "Lisa Beithe Coaching".
All material in any form that is created by "Lisa Beithe Coaching" as part of a service or made available to the client as part of the provision of the service may only be reproduced, published or made publicly accessible with the express written consent of "Lisa Beithe Coaching". In particular, it may not be used for similar services, revised, rewritten or changed or adapted in any other way.
Distinction from psychotherapy
Coaching is not therapy and does not replace it. Coaching is based on a coach-client relationship that is characterized by a partnership and clearly distinguishes the role of the coach from that of therapists and doctors. Psychotherapy is problem- and symptom-oriented, it deals with the past and endeavors to heal old wounds. Coaching is solution-oriented and focused on the present, future and activity. Psychotherapy is the targeted treatment of a mental illness. Coaching serves the "healthy person who is capable of action and self-reflection. The result of coaching is not the alleviation of psychological complaints, but the individual development of the client, which is accompanied by an increase in their general quality of life.
Insurance cover
The organizer of team coaching sessions, seminars, workshops etc. is always the client. Neither participants nor coachees therefore have any insurance cover from "Lisa Beithe Coaching".

Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Bern. Swiss law shall apply.
Final provision
Should individual provisions of the contract with the client, including these General Terms and Conditions, be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The wholly or partially invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision whose economic effect comes as close as possible to that of the invalid provision.
