Sometimes it feels as if you’re standing still on the inside…
Certain experiences or emotions can echo for a long time. They may show up as inner restlessness, blockages, or a feeling of not being completely free in your own life.
As a coach, I accompany you with a trauma-sensitive approach to strengthen your inner resources and gently release emotional blockages. I work, among other methods, with EMDR. This is a proven approach to regulate the nervous system and open up new perspectives.
