Where does the coaching take place? The coaching takes place online in a video conference room. You will receive a link in your confirmation email once you have booked a discovery call or a coaching session.
Who are the clients you are working with? I provide assistance to individuals starting at the age of 18. I am not qualified to work with people impaired by psychological disorders and will help those individuals to connect with qualified therapists or appropriate institutions.
Do I have to talk about things I don't want to talk about? No, I will never force you to talk about something you don't want to talk about. I may gently encourage you if I think that talking about a particular matter is important for your well-being. But I am patient and can wait until you feel ready.
Which qualifications do you have? I'm a trained Wayfinder Life Coach and in the process of getting certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have a training in "Schoolsubject Wellbeing". Originally, I studied a Master of education and have the Swiss recognition to teach French and Spanish at public high schools.
Do you also offer coaching sessions in person? I am open to meet you in person if you prefer coaching in nature.
Do you have a coach as well? I am getting coached myself every week. According to the Wayfinder motto "live it to give it", it's important to me, to figure out my own problems and grow as a person and coach.
How can I pay? You can book coaching sessions directly on my website. Click on "services" to select your coaching package. You can also find a different pay option in our discovery call. I accept Twint, bank transfer, paypal and cash if we meet up in person.
Do you work with people from different backgrounds, ethnicities and religions? Yes, I welcome people from all backgrounds, ethnicities, religions and sexual orientations. I realize, for example, that there are cultural or religious factors that influence your choices and the way you live your life. While I know generally how these factors work, I encourage you to share with me how they play out in your life and your family.

How do I get the most out of coaching? Come regularly. Be as open and honest as possible, even if it's not nice. Allow me to support you. Try out new things that we discuss. Tell me honestly how your experience is. Be open to feedback and other ways of thinking.
